General errors

  • Insufficient permissions: Check whether the permissions of connected API key are consistent with the permissions of the exchange's API key

  • API key error:The entered API key informations are incorrect

  • API key expired:The API key has expired and needs to be reactivated or generated

  • Connect IP:If the API key is already bound to the IP, it needs to be unbound

  • Network error: check network and try again later

Possible problems with Binance

Binance currently only supports one-way position holding mode. If the current position mode of the exchange is two-way holding position, it needs to be changed to one-way holding position on the exchange before connecting.

Possible problems with FTX

When connecting the sub-account API key of FTX, you need to enter the sub-account name accurately, otherwise the connection cannot be successful.

Possible problems with OKX

  • OKX currently only supports one-way position holding mode. If the current position mode of the exchange is two-way holding position, it needs to be changed to one-way holding position on the exchange before connecting.

  • The OKX platform does not support futures trading in "Simple Mode". If you have choosed the futures trading permission on the connecting page, but the account mode is "Simple Mode", you need to change the account mode to "Single Currency Margin Mode" or "Cross Currency Margin Mode", otherwise, please don't choose the futures trading choice and then connect it.
