FAQ about deleting API key

Failed to delete the API key The reason for the deletion failure is because your API key is currently in use, please check whether the trading account is being used in the following locations: 1. Whether there is an [active smart position]for the trading account, if so, please cancel or close the position at market price 2. Whether any **[DCA bots]**are using the trading account, if so, first stop the running bots, and then delete all associated [DCA bots] 3. Whether there is an [active trading] for the trading account, if so, please cancel or close the position at market price After completing the above operations, you can successfully delete the API key! Can I delete the API key directly on the exchange to unbind it? Of course, but make sure it's not risky before you delete it from the exchange. If there is a running bot or smart position on the HXR trade platform,Deleting the API key directly on the exchange will prevent HXR from continuing to follow up and process holing positions,The relevant take profit and stop loss orders cannot be executed, and the  placed orders cannot be cancelled. When you are sure that you need to do this, please check and take over the positions and orders of the exchange account after deleting the API key on the exchange. After deleting the API key, I have re-connect the API key of the same exchange account. Can my previous asset statistics and transaction records be restored? This is not possible. After you delete the API key, the assets and transaction statistics related to this account will be deleted simultaneously. When you connect the trading account again it will be a brand new trading account.

DCA bot 02-FAQ about active deals

What is active deal After the DCA bot start running, the configured trading pairs will be placed in the order of adding positions (first order, safety order 1, safety order 2...) when the trading conditions are met. From the first order of the DCA bot carried on the exchange, active deal is formed. After the first order is filled, the bot will automatically submit a stop-profit and stop-loss order and a new safety order.Whenever there is a new order filled, it can reduce our position cost, the original stop-profit and stop-loss order will be cancelled, and the new stop-profit and stop-loss order will be resubmitted according to the current position size and average opening price. As shown in the figure below, active trading displays a wealth of information, including position size, unrealized profit and loss, average position opening price, latest price, take profit and stop loss price, safety order price, and capital occupation. 30.jpg What will happen if the trading conditions are met again since the trading pair has an active trade already. A DCA bot can only have at most one [active deal] on a trading pair at the same time. This means that new active deals cannot start if the active deals for that pair have not ended. The bot sets up multiple trading pairs, but  there is only 1 active deal at most This may be that the number of [Maximum active deals] you set is smaller than the number of trading pairs you set. 31.jpg I want to modify the number of safety orders and take profit and stop loss prices for active deals, but I can't find how to modify them Yes, you cannot perform other direct operations on the [active deals] except to cancel them or close them with market price. However, you can convert it into [smart position] through smart position convert. You can add or reduce positions to the [smart position] at will, and modify the take profit and stop loss price.

DCA bot 03-FAQ about bot parameter modification

Do I need to stop the bot first to modify the parameters? You can modify the parameters of the bot at any time without paying attention to whether the bot is running and whether there are active deals, and it will take effect immediately after saving. Modifying the parameters of the bot does not affect the generated [active deals], and the new parameters will take effect after the [active deals] generated after saving. I modified the parameters of the trading bot, but it did not take effect If it shows ‘Bot successfully saved’,In fact, it has already taken effect. However, the generated "active deals" will still run according to the original parameters, and the newly generated "active deals" will be executed according to the latest parameters. I stopped the bot, but active deals are not closed After the bot is stopped, no new active deals will be started, but existing active deals will not be affected. If you need to close an active deal, you can choose [Market Close] or [Cancel]. Both will cancel all unfilled orders, the difference is that the former will close the filled positions with market price. I stopped the bot, canceled orders on the exchange and new orders appeared Although the bot is closed, the [active deal] generated by the bot is still there, so it will continue to place orders. After stopping the bot, you can manually cancel or market close the active deal, so that the order on the exchange will be cancelled automatically.
